THE MCI-TEXPAC BROCHURE was created for distribution to MCI employees as part of MCIs campaign to increase awareness of its PAC. It encouraged employees to support the PACs efforts to convince legislators to end Southwestern Bell's monopoly stranglehold on communications in Texas. The brochure explained how their contributions to the PAC could directly affect communications public policy by supporting candidates that shared MCI's views. It also noted the benefits to MCI employees of added product base and increased sales and earnings if the PAC's efforts were successful. It featured the campaign's flagship image of a "Baby Bell" refusing to share a phone (see the MCI-TEXPAC Poster) and incorporated the slogan "Help MCI Teach Texas' Baby Bell How to Share."
