| THE RICK PERRY, “TEXANS INVOLVED IN POLITICS SYSTEM (TIPS)” is a system created by John Doner & Associates after the 1998 campaign to compile, retrieve and report contribution and contact information. It was constructed from 250,000 contribution records from all Republican and some Democratic statewide campaigns, over a number of election cycles. TIPS allows the Perry campaign to track contributions and contact information, and generate targeted prospecting and contributor fundraising lists. It has been an integral part of Lt. Governor Perry’s post-campaign fundraising success. The system’s splash screen (shown here) was built using one of our proprietary images of the Texas Capitol rotunda. An embossed TIPS logo was blended into the image and a curved headline, embossed star buttons, and labels with glows were added. See the Campaign Case Study |
